I started my career like many of you — a top-producing agent who built a team inside a national franchise. I followed the playbook: sell more, recruit more, grow more. And I did.

But milestone by milestone, something felt off. I was building a business — but it didn't belong to me. Every deal closed, every agent mentored, every idea launched — it all fueled someone else's brand.

So in 2020, I did what most said was impossible: I built a real estate brokerage from scratch. It wasn't easy. Sleepless nights. Legal hurdles. Compliance mazes. Systems never designed for someone trying to do it all.

We scaled fast — from five agents to more than thirty, closing 700+ transactions and surpassing $200M in volume within two years.

On paper, it worked. But the truth was clearer than ever: the traditional model still doesn't empower true ownership. Even inside my own brokerage, I couldn't give my top performers what they deserved — the freedom to truly build their own brands, on their own terms.

That's when it clicked: I didn't need to continue building a traditional brokerage — I needed to build an entirely new foundation the industry has never seen before.
